Q: When do I receive tracking information?
The Shipment Confirmation email with tracking is sent to your email address once the item ships. If you haven't received it within 1 business day after placing your order, please double-check your Spam/Junk email folder of the email account you used to place the order. After receiving a tracking number, please allow 12 hours for it to be activated by the carrier (they have to pick it up and scan it in before it will be active).

Q: How quickly are items shipped?
Items ship within 1 business day after an order is placed, and often the same day if ordered before 11am (US Pacific time zone). Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Items only ship on business days and transit times are always quoted in business days, not calendar days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, via PayPal Guest Checkout. You can also pay with your PayPal account or your Amazon Pay account.

Q: Do you allow local pick up or in-person payment?
Sorry, all items must be shipped.

Q: Can you mark an item as gift when shipping internationally or lower the value?
Items cannot be marked as gift or have a lowered value on the documentation. It is unlawful to forge international documents.
