Return Policy

You may return an item if you no longer need it or don’t want it anymore. Returns are accepted on items still in the same condition they arrived in, with all original components and packaging. Items that are not in their original condition (installed, used, etc) are handled on a case by case basis, and there may be a restocking fee.

Returns are limited to 90 days after original delivery date. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

To initiate a normal return, please reply to the original Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email and indicate the reason you’d like to return.

If you’re unable to find your original Order or Shipping Confirmation email, you may send a message here with the following details:

  • Item part number or description.
  • Order number and date.
  • Reason for return

Once your message is received, you will receive a reply with the proper return address for quickest processing. You may use any carrier to send it back.
