Return Policy

Normal returns are for items that you no longer want, ordered by mistake, or just changed your mind about. Any item may be returned for a refund as long as the item is returned in new condition in the original packaging, and within 90 days of original delivery. To make it fast and easy, we provide a return label for you to use (limited to domestic orders only, excludes anything over 45 lbs).

Please note: If the item is marred, dinged up, or dirty, is missing packaging, or was installed (partially or fully), there may be a restocking fee, which is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return items in used condition.

To initiate a normal return, please reply to the original Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email and indicate the reason you’d like to return. If you’re unable to find these emails, you may send a message here with the following details:

  • Item part number or description.
  • Order number and date.
  • Reason for return
